At Prime3D, we are committed to processing your order as quickly as possible. We understand the excitement of receiving your custom 3D printed products, and we do our best to make sure your order is delivered in a timely manner.
We currently offer 2 types of delivery this will change as the company grows to offer more options to make the delivery of your orders as fast and convenient as possible.
Evri
When we deliver using Evri, you will receive update SMS/email to let your know when your parcel is going to be delivered.
We Use 'Signed For' delivery to ensure your parcel has reached its destination.
DPD Tracked Delivery
Tracked service includes full online tracking, so you or the recipient can monitor the parcel’s progress. SMS/email recipient notifications are optional and SafePlace is also available if a recipient isn’t going to be at home.
This delivery method is for larger orders which is calculated at the checkout.
